We always try our best to provide customers with the best products possible. However, we’d be happy to return the product in the following cases:
An incorrect product has been delivered to you, You can raise a concern with opening video.
The product you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable & non refundable. Only exchange can be done.
EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION
Order will not be cancelled once it is into production or dispatched. Please note, we follow an exchange-only policy.
We offer hassle-free exchanges under the following circumstances:
If the product received is damaged.
If an incorrect item has been sent to you.
In such cases, we will promptly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.*
If you are receiving any damaged or defective products please contact us within 24 hrs so we will Re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-6 working days
For exchanges where you have received the correct product and wish to exchange it for reasons other than damage or incorrect item, please note the following:
A courier charge of Rs. 50 will apply for exchanging 1 or 2 items.
A courier charge of Rs. 100 will apply for exchanging more than 2 items.
The exchange process will start once we receive the returned parcel at our store and conduct a thorough inspection.
